Can I cancel my order?
Absolutely! If you've made an online or phone purchase, you have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund within 14 days from the day of delivery. Some items, such as Made to Measure products, are exceptions, but if they're faulty or not as per your specifications, we'll assist you.
What if my order is cancelled?
If we need to cancel your order for any reason, we'll notify you via email. You'll receive an email confirmation of the cancellation and the refund process.

How long will it take to get my refund?

I have only received part of my order. When will the rest be delivered?
If your order is split into multiple deliveries with different delivery dates, you can check the status using 'My Account' or 'Track My Order'.
